Menopause Workshops

Interactive and inclusive, these sessions combine evidence-based education with practical self-care. Each workshop offers:

  • Expert knowledge – learn from healthcare professionals (GPs, dieticians, psychologists, counsellors) alongside yoga and mindfulness teachers.

  • Practical toolkits – eastern practices like yoga, breathwork, and meditation blended with western medical insights.

Menopause Retreats

Weekend retreats are a chance to step away from daily routines and immerse yourself in a nurturing environment. These boutique getaways offer:

  • Holistic practices – a gentle blend of yoga, breathwork, meditation, self-care workshops, and mindful walks in nature.

  • Rest & renewal – nourishing meals, time to relax, and space to reconnect with yourself away from daily responsibilities.

  • Community & connection – small supportive groups that foster meaningful bonds with women on a similar journey.

Menopause Yoga Classes

Regular group classes create a supportive rhythm of movement, reflection, and deep relaxation. Each session includes:

  • Women’s wellbeing yoga – postures, breathwork, and restorative sequences tailored to ease menopause symptoms.

  • Mind-body balance – guided relaxation and mindfulness practices to calm stress, harmonise hormones and boost energy.

  • Community connection – optional journaling and sharing to build solidarity and ongoing support.

Classes are designed to help women feel stronger, calmer, and more empowered week by week.

Women’s Menopause Seminar: Mood Changes – What’s Going On & Why?
