Dr Daniella Goldberg

Menopause Expert | PhD

I’m Dr Daniella Goldberg (PhD Medicine) — founder of Mind Your Menopause (MYM). With over 20 years’ experience in medical science, health communications, and women’s wellbeing, I’m dedicated to educating and empowering women to navigate menopause with confidence, vitality, and self-care.

Through MYM, I share menopause toolkits - blending Western medicine with Eastern wisdom to help women manage symptoms, build resilience, & thrive through this life stage.

In the workplace and communities, I also demystify menopause for men and give women a voice, creating spaces for safe and open conversations.

“My mission is to educate & empower women through life’s transitions with compassion — integrating the wisdom of ancient eastern traditions and the clarity of western medical science.”

My Evidence Based Holistic Approach

The Way I Work

Evidence-based benefits

Mind Your Menopause (MYM) isn’t a quick fix or a cure for hormonal change. It offers an evidence-based approach that blends medical science with movement and mindfulness.

The core elements of the MYM toolkit are scientifically proven to reduce stress and inflammation, easing symptoms such as anxiety, hot flushes, and joint or muscle pain. Regular practice supports better sleep, digestion, energy, and mood — while improving posture, balance, body awareness, and muscle tone. It can also helps reduce fatigue, enhance wellbeing, and lower the risk of falls and fractures later in life.

Mindset Matters

Menopause is not an ending — it’s a Second Spring: a powerful opportunity to reset, renew, and rediscover vitality. By reframing menopause as a transition, women can be empowered to move from frustration or fatigue to empowerment and clarity.

You are in safe hands. Through compassionate guidance, education, and self-care practices, I help women build confidence, self-understanding, and resilience. My approach is grounded in medical expertise and years of experience supporting women through every stage of this transformation.
